This quote most accurately reflects the contemporary shape and content criteria that stand before the Industrial design - designs of products intended for series production. INDUSTRIAL DESIGN // „My juicer is not meant to squeeze lemons; it is meant to start conversations“// Philippe Starck INDUSTRIAL DESIGN This quote most accurately reflects the contemporary shape and content criteria that stand before the Industrial design - designs of products intended for series production. Therefore we too have adopted in our practice the popular concept - Product design . For the interior furnishing elements, we distinguish between the following qualities: A. Catalog products by EU-producers B . Customized products that we design individually for a particular project but are suitable for serial production - single or group of furniture C. Design systems with corporate identity which production has repeatability – refers to shops, offices and more. D. Custom-designed products by client’s and external producers order. Product design is a philosophy and a concept. The Dada Project Studio’s starts this way: F3 /Function is Form for Factor/ - This is history. This emblematic formula has inspired legendary architects and designers, and continues to have its followers. Respecting its principles, today the user’s view is more abstract, and that of the designer more artistic. Technologies’ development, constructive diversity, new materials, coatings and colorful palette - "Unleash the FORM".

The Individual design is an integral part of our principles in terms of interior design, and thus binding on our projects. INDIVIDUAL DESIGN // „Dada is a state of mind “// Marcel Duchamp INDIVIDUAL DESIGN The Individual design is an integral part of our principles in terms of interior design, and thus binding on our projects. These are suspended ceilings, wall finishes and storage units; permanent and partial - 2D and 3D partitions between individual zones; entire sets – groups of furnitures, as well as single furniture with individual shape. All of them are part of the general composition and belong only to the particular interior. Individual design gives uniqueness but requires special skills in making the project, as well as in the execution phase we implement with our partners in Bulgaria and Italy. We refer to individual design also projects which lay out whole premises (EXAMPLE Kids Room). And more functional rooms like household or wardrobe ones, ect.. Our practices definitely show - the good balance between the elements of the interior per individual design and these per catalog order /objects of the industrial design/ gives extra quality and value to the project.

Архитектурното разпределение и обзавеждането е изпълнено по проект на Dada Project Studio с главен проектант Иван Александров. INTERIOR DESIGN // "Luxury is meaningless if there is no one to afford it" // In all ages, as in ours, there is someone who can afford it. But who we remember: those who created it or those who lived in it. The former are "genius". And to the second we are grateful because they have been the patrons of perfection. PANORAMA, Sofia Architectural layout and furnishing plans are performed by Dada Project Studio with Senior architect Ivan Alexandroff . The apartment layout is developed in two axes. On the longitudinal are bedrooms, SPA and fitness area, as well as wardrobe, sanitary and service rooms. On the short axis is the living room - zoned in four sets: kitchen and dining room, lounge, TV set and coffe set - oriented towards a terrace with a swimming pool. The bedrooms - a man's, a ladies', a children's and guest bedrooms, are characterized by their spacious comfort and individual bathrooms, flooded by the light of the large window areas and spacious terraces with panorama to Vitosha Mountain. Each one has its own styling, a result of a well-researched design approach and individual design.

SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, BELCHIN BANJA VILLAGE HOUSE MODULA The project includes a master plan for the development of a residential group of identical two-story houses located in Belchin Banja village. The plot has a specific configuration and elevation difference. Taking into account the conditions of the assignment, we came to the decision to overcome the elevation difference by regrading and leveling the terrain with the construction of retaining structures and support walls. ARCHITECTURE // “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”// Leonardo da Vinci MODULA SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, BELCHIN BANJA VILLAGE HOUSE MODULA The project includes a master plan for the development of a residential group of identical two-story houses located in Belchin Banja village. The plot has a specific configuration and elevation difference. Taking into account the conditions of the assignment, we came to the decision to overcome the elevation difference by regrading and leveling the terrain with the construction of retaining structures and support walls. This provided the advantage of a favorable layout for six identical two-story houses designed for permanent, seasonal, and vacation residence, which blend into the surrounding landscape. Additionally, three of the houses are equipped with independent underground garages, and there is a shared visitor garage with four parking spaces. The remaining three houses have open parking spaces accessible via a covered parking element walkway with grassed areas. In addition to vehicular access to the houses, pedestrian access is provided via an open staircase. House Modula is a conceptual project based on a "base" and "connecting" module that allows for universal and flexible layouts in various configurations, both horizontally and vertically. It enables avant-garde solutions in modern architecture in terms of form, space, and construction. This approach allows for new transformations in home design, with solutions tailored to the specific habits of the inhabitants and the budget for home time. Unlike other buildings, House Modula represents architectural interest because the client can participate in the "Lego assembly" of the home. In this case, we have based the design on a square layout, achieving a sense of open space, symmetry, and efficient internal communications and circulation paths. The sense of spaciousness is enhanced by prominent window openings – display windows and windows that fully open the house to the surrounding space. Light is the "star" of the house’s interior, penetrating through the glazed roof pyramid. The house features a flat roof that corresponds with the facades, which are defined by the geometric frames of visible concrete. The vertical division, with cladding made of thermally resistant wood, emphasizes the readability of the modules. The black cladding made of profiled sheet metal provides the contrast that completes the volumetric and spatial solution. Total land area: 3100 m² Built-up area (BUA): House 1: 222 m² House 2 and 2a: 311 m² House 3: 343 m²

The conceptual design includes the complete reconstruction of "Independence" Square in the center of Podgorica, integrating adjacent streets and areas, as well as the construction of underground infrastructure. ARCHITECTURE // “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”// Leonardo da Vinci CONCEPTUAL URBAN AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, Independence Square in Podgorica The conceptual design includes the complete reconstruction of "Independence" Square in the center of Podgorica, integrating adjacent streets and areas, as well as the construction of underground infrastructure. CONCEPT First and foremost, we paid attention to the existing structures, facilities, and forms, which is linked to our strong belief in the history and traditions of a particular place, as well as preserving its "fabric - the DNA of the city." This determined the square configuration with surrounding buildings. We found inspiration for it in the idea of creating a modern version of the Peristyle. We envisioned a lively space and were motivated by the motto "Fill the Square" – it should serve as an "urban social media" and act as a counterpoint to social online media. Double meaning Fill / Feel – the message can also be "Feel the Square" because we mean it in the same way. People need to fill the place and experience it simultaneously. FILL the Square, FEEL the Square "The Square as a Stage" – to watch and to be watched We envision a stage where the residents will perform, and events of urban life will unfold. By outlining the central area of the square with the structure above the surrounding space, we aim to create an "urban stage" for festivals and universal art events, fitting into the city's silhouette and attracting its "audience" of residents. This interactive public space, flexible and multifunctional, changes throughout the day and from season to season. Additionally, in the project on level -1, we included a bowling hall (with billiards and other entertainment) and a live music club. The "Upper Stage" (the Square) and the "Lower Stage" will complement each other within the context of the overall concept. A 21st Century Garden This is not a green park space where people go to escape the city, but rather a place that gives them the opportunity to experience the city from a different perspective. It is a place where they go to "fill the square and feel the city." The balance of natural materials, geometric and soft forms, greenery and water, lights and reflections – creates a vibrant and aesthetic atmosphere that will give people a sense of harmony and make them recognize the space as the desired "pause," walk, or entertainment spot. Sharing space, sharing amenities We foresee multipurpose use of the space with pedestrian routes, recreation and meeting areas, event hosting, etc., through: Functional zoning: relaxation, meetings, entertainment, art, and culture; drinks and food Encouraging the creativity of local young artists and designers to complete the design with installations initiated by local sponsors or the municipality Supporting local entrepreneurs – pavilions with new "marketing" opportunities.

Green Breaks are the result of our project – "GREEN BREAKS IN BLUE ZONE" /2014/, which aimed at the aesthetic enhancement of areas in the urban environment. It was inspired by trends and initiatives in urban design in various cities in the USA, Canada, and Europe, where the "sidewalk extension" or "sidewalk expansion" on parking spaces on central streets has been successfully implemented and applied. These "street docks" are places for relaxation, outdoor work, and social interactions. ARCHITECTURE // “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”// Leonardo da Vinci GREEN BREAKS Green Breaks are the result of our project – "GREEN BREAKS IN BLUE ZONE" /2014/, which aimed at the aesthetic enhancement of areas in the urban environment. At a later stage, we developed elements suitable for wide sidewalk zones, park, and square spaces. They combine seating surfaces and planters for greenery. Some also include tables for games or work. They offer flexibility and freedom through configurable options tailored to the specific location. The “modules” can stand alone or be connected into a playful archipelago. These are three different seating groups in form and construction, but identical in materials and purpose. Green Breaks 1 (circles) and Green Breaks 2 (boomerang) are based on simple geometry, while Green Sets are designed with a composition of oval shapes. The combination of wood and greenery creates a sense of harmony, reminding us of our natural environment. All are designed with a modular principle for manufacturing and installation, which gives them an advantage in terms of mobility.

DADA PROJECT STUDIO | PARKVIEW INTERIOR DESIGN We present to you an apartment in Sofia, completed in 2017. PROJECT AND EXECUTION: DADA PROJECT STUDIO /a space for architecture, interior and product design/ 100% MADE IN DADA Apartment: PARKVIEW, Sofia The boundaries in the living area of this apartment are completely "erased" and strongly "blurred" towards the bedrooms. In the latter, the bathrooms and dressing rooms are in a common space. In execution of the "mission", some furniture "disappears" as they are completely covered with mirror panels. Neutral color scheme, natural wood, natural surface texture and minimalist form "unite" efforts to allow the exterior space to be a "permanent guest" in this home. Minimalism can be contagious. "We reached the absurdity, with the consent of the owners, to dismantle furniture details, and we housed a shelf in our showroom. Dada, quite an extreme decision."
