Architectural layout and furnishing plans are performed by Dada Project Studio with Senior architect Ivan Alexandroff. INTERIOR DESIGN // "Luxury is meaningless if there is no one to afford it" // In all ages, as in ours, there is someone who can afford it. But who we remember: those who created it or those who lived in it. The former are "genius". And to the second we are grateful because they have been the patrons of perfection. PANORAMA, Sofia Architectural layout and furnishing plans are performed by Dada Project Studio with Senior architect Ivan Alexandroff . The apartment layout is developed in two axes. On the longitudinal are bedrooms, SPA and fitness area, as well as wardrobe, sanitary and service rooms. On the short axis is the living room - zoned in four sets: kitchen and dining room, lounge, TV set and coffe set - oriented towards a terrace with a swimming pool. The bedrooms - a man's, a ladies', a children's and guest bedrooms, are characterized by their spacious comfort and individual bathrooms, flooded by the light of the large window areas and spacious terraces with panorama to Vitosha Mountain. Each one has its own styling, a result of a well-researched design approach and individual design.

DADA PROJECT STUDIO | PANORAMA | KIDS BEDROOM #FUTURE INTERIOR DESIGN Project: Nadejda Dimitrova - Designer /Dada Project Studio/ PANORAMA, Children's Bedroom # FUTURE The project is a design system for furnishing a children's room. The idea is for a flexible product that can "grow with the child". The shape combines asymmetric compositional leading elements of MDF - natural veneer and geometric open and closed volumes made of factory-painted panels. The system consists of three functional groups - sleep | occupations | storage. Each of them can be adapted to any specific configuration and area of the intended room. Flexibility is expressed in two qualities: - The possibility to supplement the volumes according to the needs of the child at the relevant stage /to the already sustainable design of the constructions/ - According to the age of the child, the doors and fronts of the drawers should be replaced with new ones, in a corresponding color or coating. With these qualities, the room can have a moral and physical life of 20 years. The photos illustrate a completely compositionally finished children's room. The color solution is a continuation of the wallpaper. He was chosen by the child, who is now four years old. Poufs and tables are arranged in the free area of the room - "upholstered toys". The overall interior layout also includes the passive elements – a case layout for a glass door to the children's bathroom, "massive" beams on the ceiling and a niche layout, as a replica of the wardrobe. DADA PROJECT STUDIO | PRIVATE INTERIOR E/B INTERIOR DESIGN // „Before you create something tangible, ask yourself whether that you're going to do some kind of value or original idea“// Karim Rashid PRIVATE INTERIOR E/B, BlackSeaRama, Balchik A golf course, a golf club with a restaurant, individual houses with pools, bike paths, a fitness center, an amphitheater on the edge of a plateau, and, of course, endless sea views – this is not a scene from the French Riviera or America, but from Bulgaria. The Black Sea Rama golf course near Balchik has been in operation for two years now, and it is from here that we present this house. The owner of the house is a successful woman who has traveled and seen a great deal. Her decision to build her home in this particular location is an interesting one. She herself recounts that when she visited her daughter in the United States years ago and toured a golf course in Santa Barbara, she was captivated by the view of the ocean from the edge of the plateau. This combination of a golf course, the sea, and the tranquility of a gated community seemed to her an unattainable dream. The memory remained deeply embedded within her, and she began to inquire whether a similar project would ever be developed in Bulgaria. And, lo and behold, she did not have to wait long. She discovered Black Sea Rama and became one of the first owners of a plot in the complex. In the original project, architect L. Puncheva (architect of the complex), working with Ivan Alexandrov, made several significant changes so that the light and sun would enter the house directly and the entire view to the south towards the sea and the pool would be visible from every room. The architectural layout achieves a seamless flow between the spaces of the individual zones, so that the overall volume has a unified appearance. The bathtub, shower cabin, and sink have been combined in the largest bedroom, creating a single, cohesive space. The house has four bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, and a luxurious covered veranda in front of the pool, where guests and hosts alike gather to relax and enjoy the summer weather.
